The house offers plenty of space for both people and pets. Even in winter it is beautifully bright, as the sun can shine in from many directions. In summer, it can be kept cool, and during the height of summer the forest helps to cool it down at night. The walls and the floor of the house are very well insulated. The ground floor is accessible without barriers via the front door and also provides enough space in the bathroom for people with disabilities.

The house is located on the outskirts of Feldrennach, near woods and fields. The connecting street is busier during rush hours, but generally quiet. In the front garden, you can enjoy the peace and quiet. In the back garden, raised beds and fruit trees invite you to do some gardening, and the clothesline offers space to hang the laundry. In the past, our trampoline and paddling pool, as well as playground equipment, were located there. Hedgehogs and many birds now live in the garden.

The floor in the hallway, living and dining room, all bathrooms, and the kitchen is tiled (40 x 40 cm). All the bedrooms, as well as the office, feature cork parquet. The walls have been papered with textured wallpaper and painted.

There are two bathrooms and a guest WC. They are partially tiled with white tiles up to a certain height, with blue accents on the floor and walls. In the lower bathroom, the shower tray, the tiles, and the shower doors have been renovated.

The kitchen was separated from the living-dining room by a wall and is accessible through a glass sliding door.

Currently, the house is heated only with gas because there is a defect in the solar system (as indicated in the energy certificate). I decided not to have it repaired, and then the buyer may decide to install a different heating system. With the solar system, the energy certificate would even rate it as C.

The heating system includes a 1200-liter buffer storage for storing hot water.

A rainwater utilization system has been installed in the house, which includes a 6000-liter rainwater storage tank. The second water circuit is currently not connected. The rainwater is currently used for watering the garden.

In the attic, two rooms are designated as storage rooms. On the double carport, there is also a large storage area for half of it, and underneath there is a small workshop and a bicycle storage room (the winter wheels and the grill still have their place).
