I'm looking for a tenant for my apartment in a prime location in Essen. The apartment, with three rooms, is ideal for a shared apartment, a couple, or a family with one or two children.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is nearly 90 sqm in size. It is bright, spacious, and perfectly arranged: it features a large hallway from which every room in the apartment can be accessed. In addition to a daylight bathroom, it offers a fitted kitchen and a bright living and dining room that opens onto a balcony overlooking greenery. A large bedroom, as well as an additional guest/office/children's room, make the apartment perfect for a small family, a couple, or a shared apartment.

Until now (until 31.08.), the apartment was rented out as a holiday apartment. The furniture is still in the apartment, but it will be cleared out shortly. In the future, the apartment is intended to be rented out again for a longer period – ideally for three years.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the University Hospital Essen (approx. 200 m), Rüttenscheider Straße, and the Gruga (each about a 10-minute walk away). Tram stops, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, etc. are in the immediate area. Essen Central Station can be reached within 15 minutes by public transport. The apartment is perfect for doctors, nurses, or other staff at the University Hospital, or for those in Essen who wish to live centrally. It is also ideal for professionals who commute and work in Essen during the week.

The apartment is rented partly furnished. The modern fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: plenty of storage thanks to wall cabinets, a 90 cm ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, etc.
