The bright, cozy 1-room apartment “Sonnenblume” is located on the first floor and, thanks to its exceptionally large window, offers a beautiful view of Schliersee and the surrounding mountains.

The apartment is fully furnished and is ideal for 1–2 people looking for a temporary home in Schliersee for 1 to 6 months.

Gästehaus Forelle is perfectly located right by Schliersee. Our property borders directly on the Schliersee beach (Strandbad Schliersee). Residents of our building enjoy 24-hour free access to the lake year-round, as well as free entry to the beach during its official opening hours.

Schliersee train station, with a direct connection to Munich, is easily accessible, and the bus stop is only about 50 meters away. Shopping opportunities, the town center, and restaurants are in close proximity.

Mountains, hiking trails, and nature practically begin at your doorstep – ideal for anyone who wants to combine quiet lakeside living with good transportation links.

Rental Conditions:

• Rental period: 1–6 months

• Deposit for a rental period of 1–3 months: 1 month’s rent

• Deposit for a rental period of 4–6 months: 2 months’ rent

• Final cleaning fee: one-time €150 (this amount will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the rental period)

• City tax: one-time €102 for the entire duration of stay

• Bedding and towels are to be provided by the tenant
