Rental Conditions:

• Monthly flat rent: €1500

• Includes heating, electricity, gas, water, TV, Wi‑Fi, waste collection, and radio

• Minimum rental period: 2 months

• Maximum rental period: 6 months

• Deposit for a 2–3 month rental: 1 month’s rent

• Deposit for a 4–6 month rental: 2 months’ rent

• The local tourist tax is not included in the rent; it amounts to a one-time fee of €102 for the entire stay

• A one-time cleaning fee of €150 is charged for final cleaning. This amount will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the rental period

• Payment by transfer or in cash. Credit card payment is not possible

• Bed linen and towels must be provided by the tenant
