Location, Furnished Rental & Note on Modernization Work

The location of the Mundsburg Tower combines urban Hamburg living with excellent infrastructure and immediate proximity to the Outer Alster. Shopping options, gastronomy, cinema, and public transportation are practically at your doorstep.

Connected directly to the building complex is the Hamburger Meile. This large shopping center offers numerous stores for fashion and lifestyle as well as supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies, bakeries, cafés, and various services. Daily shopping needs can thus be conveniently handled without a car.

Leisure and entertainment are also well catered for. The UCI Kino Mundsburg is located directly in the Mundsburg-Center and is reachable within minutes. Around Mundsburger Damm and the Hamburger Meile, there is also a diverse selection of restaurants, cafés, and culinary offers – from a quick lunch to a relaxed dinner.

For the sake of transparency, I would also like to point out that the Mundsburg Tower is currently being beautified and technically modernized in the interior areas. On my floor, the new wiring has already been installed and only needs to be encased. In other floors, some electrical wiring is still being replaced. The work on my floor is largely completed, so no major or persistently noisy disturbances are expected at this time.

The craftsmen usually work from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 15:30; on Fridays, no work is typically carried out.

Furthermore, a renovation of the exterior facade, including the replacement of the windows, is planned from 2028. When the time comes, the actual window replacement on one floor is expected to be completed within a day.
