Important: A housing entitlement certificate with income level 2 or 3 is required for these apartments. This can be applied for at your district office (if you live outside Würzburg) or at the City of Würzburg if you already reside in Würzburg.

Without a housing entitlement certificate (WBS), the apartment cannot be rented.

If later the conditions (for example, due to a salary increase) for the WBS are no longer met, tenants may stay in the apartment, but they will receive a reduced subsidy or none at all.
