I am offering for sale an extensive rural estate in the village of Zaječov. The main attraction of the offer is a set of four adjoining parcels with a total area of 5,882 m², which together with the residential house and outbuildings form one coherent complex.
The sale is conducted through a collection of price offers. We are currently recording four offers and will accept additional ones until October 31, 2026. The price is negotiable.
The land offers a wide range of possibilities. It is possible to create a large garden, an orchard, pastures, and facilities for horses or other animals, a small family farm, a horticultural area, or craft or storage facilities. The estate is also suitable for combining residential and business purposes or as a family residence with plenty of space and privacy.
The division into four adjoining parcels may also be interesting from an investment perspective. In the future, their new arrangement, geometric division, separate usage, or a potential individual sale of part of the land could be considered. In some areas, exploring the possibility of future construction could also be of interest. However, these are not guaranteed building plots.
