We are renting out a large 5-room apartment that will be available starting October 1, 2026.

Three large bedrooms (each approximately 25 m²) are located in the basement of the apartment, but they have large windows that open into the courtyard. Despite that, they are still basement rooms!

One room with a 12.5 m² bedroom is located on the ground floor.

The spacious living room is perfect as a shared large living/dining area and offers enough space for a generous couch or a large dining table. From the living room, you can access a small, covered balcony, which in turn has a staircase leading into the courtyard.

The bathroom has a shower, and there is a separate room for the toilet, along with a ventilation system but no window.

The apartment also includes two storage rooms in the basement.

These rooms have a separate building entrance and can be accessed independently from the main building – which also allows you to use the staircase area as a storage space for shoes and other items.

Since the apartment is actually very well suited for a shared flat, we would prefer 3-4 people who are interested in forming a flatshare.

Unfortunately, pets are not welcome!

The earliest possible move-in date is October 1, 2026.

The apartment is currently heated with a nearly new gas flatrate heating system (gas is supplied by the tenant, so there are no heating costs included in the additional charges). However, a conversion to a central heating system is planned.

Located in downtown Augsburg, directly next to the Jakobertor.
