The property impresses with a good layout and high-quality furnishings. It is fully furnished and equipped with a modern fitted kitchen featuring a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a separate microwave.

Additionally, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable room temperature even in warm weather.

The monthly rent (cold rent plus additional costs) includes all expenses, including electricity and all other service charges. A separate service charge statement will not be provided! There is a weekly towel change and a change of bed linen every 14 days. The apartment is cleaned weekly or according to agreement.

The minimum rental period is one month, and the maximum rental period is six months. The apartment is located in one of the best residential areas in Nürtingen, in a very quiet cul-de-sac.

It is only a few minutes’ walk to the Tiefenbachtal and Ersberg nature reserves.

Shopping facilities such as bakeries and supermarkets are within walking distance.

There is very good transport connectivity via the A8 motorway to the airport and the regions of Stuttgart and Tübingen.

A reserved parking space is available.

The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2016. The apartment features an electric shutter, high-quality laminate, and tiled flooring.

It is rented exclusively to non-smokers. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property!

This apartment is ideal for a weekend commuter who enjoys living close to nature, appreciates peace and quiet, and is in Nürtingen for a limited period either professionally or privately.

The maximum occupancy is one adult.

There is a bicycle shed with an electrical connection available for storing bicycles.
