The offered apartment is situated on the upper floor of a lovingly renovated half-timbered house and is ideally suited for one person. It comprises a spacious living area into which an open kitchen can be integrated, a modern bathroom with a shower, and an open sleeping gallery.

The apartment is currently furnished. Taking over the existing furniture is possible after consultation, but it is not a prerequisite for renting.

As its own little house within the courtyard, the half-timbered building has a very special character and conveys an extraordinary living experience.

The apartment was renovated with high quality and ecological sensitivity, with great attention to detail. Historic wooden beams, oak floorboards, clay plaster, and natural materials ensure a pleasant living climate. With its many windows, the apartment is bright and flooded with natural light. The western side offers a beautiful view extending to the Dresden TV tower, with evening sunshine and atmospheric sunsets. The open sleeping gallery is accessible via a steep wooden staircase.

One of the highlights of the courtyard is the generous communal areas available to all residents in addition to their private apartment. These include a large, fully equipped communal kitchen, a utility room, a cloakroom, storage possibilities, and an additional toilet.

The outdoor spaces are also shared: the terraces by the communal kitchen, the sheltered historic inner courtyard with a fire pit, as well as the approximately 1,920 m² property with a garden provide plenty of space to relax, garden, and meet. At the same time, the private apartment remains a personal retreat. Community can develop here, but it is not a mandatory aspect of the living concept.

We are a small and close-knit community: the four apartments are designed for a total of up to seven residents. We welcome people who appreciate this special place and a friendly, respectful coexistence.

Our courtyard is located in the Schönfeld Plateau above Dresden-Pillnitz, nestled in a gentle hilly landscape, surrounded by fields, meadows, and small villages. Here, it is quiet, spacious, and close to nature, yet the Dresden city center is reachable in a short time.

The apartment has been renovated with high quality and ecological standards and, among other features, boasts:

The specified living area refers solely to the private living area of the apartment. The communal indoor and outdoor areas are additional and are not included in the stated square meter amount.

The basic rent is €14 per m², based on the private living area.

For the use of the communal areas, a flat rate for communal areas of €120 per month per apartment is charged.

For operating costs, a flat rate of €3.20 per m² per month is applied. Unlike many rental apartments, this also includes electricity for the apartment and internet, so no additional monthly costs will be incurred for these.

For those who have the possibility of making a deposit, this can reduce the monthly rent. The deposit is credited with a tenant savings interest of 4% and is fully repaid upon moving out. A financial deposit is not a prerequisite for renting.
