The apartment includes its own basement storage room and a balcony of just over four square meters. A parking space right by the building can be rented additionally for 45 € per month.

CONDITION AND MOVE-IN

The apartment is vacant. Prior to handover, the walls and ceilings will be painted, minor damages repaired, and the apartment cleaned.

You also have the option to move in earlier and take over the painting and cleaning yourself. In that case, you will receive a one-time rent-free allowance equivalent to 1.5 months’ net cold rent, which we will stipulate in the rental contract. During the viewing, you will see the current, as-yet-unrenovated condition.

There is no fitted kitchen. The connections for a kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine are ready – anyone bringing their own kitchen has free rein.

We offer two appointments: Saturday, September 12, and Saturday, September 19, each from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Please let us know briefly how many people will be moving in and from when. Do not send any documents yet: we only request income statements and a SCHUFA credit report from the person with whom we intend to conclude the rental contract.
