The apartment is located at the Barbarakirche in Herne. Supermarkets, kindergartens, and schools are in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot; the nearest grocery store is only a few minutes away.

A private parking space is not included with the apartment. Public parking is available in the area, usually about 100 meters from the building. This means your car parks just a few meters away – but it does mean that your day starts and ends with a few steps in the fresh air.

The apartment is available from 01.10.2026. The deposit amounts to three net cold rents.

The tenant settles the household and heat pump electricity directly with the respective supplier due to the separate meter assigned to the apartment. As a result, there is no heating cost statement from the landlord.

Keeping dogs and cats requires the prior consent of the landlord.

Regarding the furniture takeover: We offer the fitted kitchen and furniture for a one-time release fee, which we determine together. There is no rental fee for the furniture. You decide which pieces you would like to take over – a partial takeover is also possible.
