The hot water in the kitchen is generated by the new condensing boiler—no additional device required. The kitchen is new and custom-built. All drawers naturally feature soft close. The kitchen is included in the rental price.

The rental concept offers comfortable middle-class living in Herne-Röhlinghausen. Long-term tenants are preferred, as the rent will not be increased for at least six years. This rewards long-term tenants because although the nominal rent remains the same, its real value decreases, thereby preventing tenant turnover. The community of residents is intact and can be described as pleasant. This is intended to remain so.
