We are renting out (commission-free and directly by the owner) a beautiful one-room apartment. The apartment underwent a complete renovation at the beginning of 2025. Among other things, a new mini-kitchen was installed, the walls were freshly painted, and the bathroom was completely renovated. The apartment can be occupied starting on either October 1, 2026, or November 1, 2026. The building was comprehensively upgraded for energy efficiency just a few years ago (exterior insulation, a future-proof pellet heating system, triple-glazed windows).

• The rent of 550 Euros is a flat-rate WARM RENT (all-in). No separate utilities billing is provided.

• Smoking is not permitted.

• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

• Personal liability insurance is desired.

The apartment is located at Mühlstraße 50, not far from the Neckarau/Schlachthof sports complex. It is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of Nürtingen, yet the city center is still nearby. The train station or the downtown area can be reached in a 10-minute walk. The Neckarweg, leading “into the countryside,” is right outside the building. By car, you can reach the highway (A8) or the B10 to Stuttgart in 5 minutes.

The apartment includes the following features:

• A combined living/bedroom with a large window.

• A modern mini-kitchen equipped with a two-burner induction hob, a 40 cm wide dishwasher, and a multi-function microwave with an oven function.

• A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

• Unfortunately, there is no private storage room.

• In the communal basement, a coin-operated washing machine is available (shared among three one-room apartments, meaning three people share this washing facility).
