The additional costs include an advance payment of €20 for electricity. Furthermore, a dedicated Fritzbox with high-speed internet is included in the additional costs.

On the ground floor there is a furnished common room and a dishwashing room with a small kitchen area. In the basement, there is a washing/drying room with 4 washing machines and 4 dryers available for shared use.
