This charming and cozy attic apartment with 33.5 square meters and 1.5 rooms in centrally located HH-Stellingen is situated on the second upper floor of a family-run six-party building (west-facing) and is rented fully furnished, including items for everyday use. In addition to a television, bedding, towels, tableware, vacuum cleaner, scale, iron, etc., are available for use. A shower tray in the bathroom, a fitted kitchen with a counter, a sleeping nook with a spacious built-in wardrobe, as well as an air conditioner for hot days and a view of greenery complete the offering.

A communal laundry room with a dryer is available in the basement for all residents. Partially covered bicycle stands are provided at the building. It is a small and quiet household community consisting of two retirees and two couples, where packages are gladly received for one another. Despite the central location and very good transportation connections, the building is situated in a "green" area, as large garden areas with mature trees and the Stellingen cemetery adjoin the property at the back. In addition, chickens with a rooster are kept in the garden and by the neighbors, so that occasionally a rural character is evoked by the crowing (which may be heard when the window is open). Due to its size, Volksparkstraße is hardly noticeable because the building is set back parallel to it.

The multi-family building is centrally located in the triangle between the S-Bahn Stellingen (an 8-minute walk), the U-Bahn Hagenbecks Tierpark (a 20-minute walk), the Kieler Straße intersection (5 minutes), and the Stellingen exit of the A7/A23 motorways (2 minutes by car). Directly across on the other side of the street, there is a Netto, on Kieler Straße a Rewe, and not far from S-Bahn Stellingen an Aldi. Hagenbecks Tierpark, Altonaer Volkspark with the Arenen, and the Volksparkstadion can also be reached on foot in approximately 20–30 minutes. Schools, a pharmacy, a hardware store, DHL shops, doctors’ offices, and other everyday shops are also nearby.

The two attic apartments were converted in 1992 and have been available for rent furnished ever since. The furnishings are in a well-maintained, good to very good condition. Fiber optic connections were installed in the stairwell in 2026, but the two apartments have not yet been connected. Therefore, the future tenant would need to arrange for a connection. Unfortunately, a cellar room, parking space, or the use of a garden cannot be offered. A furnishing surcharge (or, in other words, the air conditioner is a feature that enhances the living quality) of 30 euros is charged for the complete furnishing; this is already included in the stated net cold rent (unfurnished cold rent: 450 euros).

It is a friendly household community in a quiet atmosphere, with the owner and her daughter also living in the building.
