The renovated 2-room apartment offers approximately 50 m² of living space, a new kitchen, and a pleasant view of the mountains. During the renovation, among other things, the carpet in the living room was also replaced.

The regular base rent is €575 per month.

Ideally, we are looking for a person who is willing to occasionally assist an independently living person over 80 years old, who also resides in the building, with everyday tasks. This may include shopping, occasional help with cleaning, or other minor household tasks.

Please note that caregiving is explicitly not required. The person is independent and generally manages their daily life on their own.

With the corresponding assistance, the base rent can be significantly reduced depending on the type and extent of the tasks undertaken. As a guideline, with regular support, the base rent could be around €450 per month or possibly even lower.

The exact arrangement, as well as the corresponding rent reduction, will be individually agreed upon after consultation.
