42 m² on the first floor with two nearly equally sized rooms, separated by a hallway, kitchen, and bathroom. The ceilings are 3.10 m high – adding a special charm. Both rooms are bright and feature laminate flooring.

The room is furnished with a bed, a desk, and a proper desk chair. So, essentially, all you need are your own boxes, as the functional fitted kitchen is already in place.

You will share the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped – stove, refrigerator, and enough cabinet space for two. The bathroom comes with a shower.

Almost anyone. Whether you’re studying, in vocational training, have just started working, are doing an internship, or are only in Schwerin during the week. The house is quiet and mixed – please, no party flatshares.
