Please also provide some details about yourself.

Multiple viewings are expressly possible – you are welcome to see the apartment at various stages of the renovation, for example once in the shell stage and again in the finished state.

Application and allocation:

Before the viewing, no documents are required from you – simply sign up for the appointment informally. If there is serious interest after the viewing, we ask you to submit complete application documents. The apartment may be rented out shortly after receipt of these documents. The decision is not made on a fixed date, but rather as soon as a suitable applicant who meets our criteria is found. Prompt application after the viewing will significantly increase your chances.

Required application documents:

• Completed tenant self-disclosure form (which you will receive from us)

• Income proofs for the last three months; for self-employed persons, the latest tax notice or a current BWA

• Credit report, for example the SCHUFA credit report, not older than three months

The apartment is located on Bernhard-Letterhaus-Straße in Lüneburg-Kaltenmoor. The bus stop “Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße” is right in front of the building. From there, line 5001 runs directly to Leuphana and downtown, operating every 20 minutes. By bicycle, the university can be reached in about 15 minutes, by car in around 10 minutes.
