I took over the multi-family house, which has a total of twelve rental apartments, on April 1, 2024. From the outside, the building still looks like a typical GDR-era construction—not very attractive. However, I am gradually renovating and modernizing the building; not everything can be done at once, but step by step.

The apartment offered for rent is in a well-maintained condition. It has its own entrance. Through this entrance, you enter the hallway, from which the kitchen is directly accessed on the left and the bathroom on the right. The second door on the right opens into the study. At the back is the living room, from which the bedroom (including a built-in wardrobe) connects.
