Landschloss Parz is one of the most significant Renaissance castles in Upper Austria and was built in the 16th century.

For our 148 m² apartment on the 1st floor, we are looking for reliable and quiet tenants for long-term rental starting immediately. The apartment has been comprehensively and expertly restored and upgraded with modern technology. It offers two large, light-filled, and high-ceilinged rooms with south-facing windows, as well as a bedroom also with south-facing windows. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, an illuminated mirrored cabinet, a towel radiator, and underfloor heating. The toilet is separate. The spacious kitchen has an induction hob with an oven and enough space for a dining table. The apartment also comes with a locked basement storage room and a car parking space.

The apartment is located in a very well-kept castle in a desirable, quiet area. The town center of Grieskirchen, along with numerous shopping opportunities, a pharmacy, and doctors, can be reached in just a few minutes. The transport connections are perfect: the train station is only minutes away, and various bus lines as well as trains to Vienna via Wels or to Munich via Passau operate from there.
