A spacious, bright room in an unfurnished condition (approx. 18 sqm of floor space). On this level, you will live in a harmonious, quiet community of three.

The All-Inclusive Concept:
Our rental prices are genuine flat-rate rents (inclusive rents). There are no separate or subsequent additional cost settlements! Everything is completely included in the rent:
Heating & water, all operating costs, complete household electricity, and use of the modern shared kitchens and bathrooms.
Optionally bookable: use of the professional washing machines and dryers in the basement laundry room for a maintenance and energy flat fee of €15 per month.
Our Shared Flat Philosophy & Requirements:
We place great emphasis on a respectful, clean, and harmonious coexistence in the house. The rooms are exclusively allocated for individual use. Pets are not permitted, and there is a strict no-smoking rule throughout the property.
Requirements if Interested:
When inquiring, please briefly introduce yourself (age, employment/field of study, desired move-in date). For the rental contract (minimum contractual term: 1 year), we require a completed tenant self-disclosure form along with appropriate creditworthiness evidence (in the case of students, a parental guarantee is required).
