The apartment includes a large communal, lockable bicycle cellar. An individual lockable and dry storage room with a power outlet also comes with the apartment.

The apartment is just a 5-minute bike ride from the beautiful Naturstand in Unteruhldingen.

Everyday shopping opportunities for daily necessities are within a few minutes’ walk. Among others, there are doctors, a pharmacy, bakeries, the town hall, a library, physiotherapists, a bank, a parcel shop, supermarkets, a weekly market (Thursdays), and various excellent restaurants.

Additionally, there is a bus stop nearby (50 meters). The train station in Oberuhldingen is only 800 meters away (2 minutes by bike).
