The holiday apartment is located on the top floor of our romantic villa and is both cozy and stylishly furnished in the villa style. The villa is situated idyllically on the outskirts of Bad Steben, a 5-minute walk to the thermal baths, surrounded by plenty of garden space and with enough room for the neighboring villa. Locals refer to Hemplastrasse as the "palace avenue" of Bad Steben because most of the houses are villas or hotels. The street is only accessible to residents, so there is little traffic, allowing you to enjoy the garden’s tranquility even more.

The apartment features a living room, a bedroom with a large double bed, an additional room (which can serve as an office, children’s room, or second bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen, a shower, and a toilet. The entrance area of the house, including a vestibule of approximately 5 m², is available for use and has its own entrance. It is a bright apartment, and there is a washing machine available in an adjacent separate bathroom right behind the holiday apartment.

We close the holiday apartment for the winter season and would be happy to welcome a long-term tenant from November 1 until approximately April 31.
