The residential area "Am Wolfsfeld" in Wiesbaden Bierstadt is pleasantly quiet, easily accessible, and offers parking options. Within walking distance you can reach a bakery, pharmacy, ice cream shop, and several supermarkets. DKD and Aukamm clinics are also nearby.

An office with a fitted kitchen is somewhat unusual, but it can also be helpful. It might later become an apartment for a caregiver. That's why the separate "cabin" is currently used as a sleeping area for visitors, though it can be put to other uses.

With its separate, private side entrance, you are completely autonomous. No one will be swinging by your windows—it’s really pleasant. We ourselves used the rooms as a physiotherapy practice.
