Our friendly, bright, and quiet top-floor apartment will be available in mid-October. The apartment is located in a small building with only six units in total. A spacious underground parking space is included. In the basement, a laundry room and a bicycle room are available for shared use. Additionally, a lockable basement storage compartment is included.

The kitchen can be taken over from the previous tenant.

The building is predominantly heated with a heat pump. Only the buffering of extreme cold and the hot water supply are provided by a gas heater.

Location: The apartment is extremely conveniently located—the U6 (serving Großhadern, Marienplatz, Sendlinger-Tor, Odeonsplatz) is just a few hundred meters away (Westpark stop: 350 m, Partnachplatz stop: 500 m). Numerous shopping facilities, doctors, and schools can be found in the vicinity. The Westpark—with its playgrounds, beer garden/restaurant, open-air cinema, etc.—is also reachable on foot. Last but not least, excellent motorway access is provided by the A95 and A96 when traveling by car.

We rent only to non-smokers. The apartment is not suitable for pets. Preference is given to prospective tenants with a long-term interest (a three-year lease agreement). The rent for the parking space is 100 euros (making the cold rent, including the parking space, 1,275 euros).
