I am offering a long-term rental of a garage parking space in a residential building on Bratří Dohalských Street, Prague 9 – Vysočany.
It’s less than a minute’s walk to Vysočany Station and a minute away from the B Vysočanská metro station. Right next to it is the Nádraží Vysočany tram stop.
This makes sense especially for someone who lives outside Prague and commutes by train – you park your car in the garage and walk straight to the train, or for someone who works in Prague: it’s a 5-minute metro ride to Karlín.
It’s also a good option for locals who prefer not to leave their car on the street.
The gate is opened by calling your phone, so there is no need to carry a remote or chip. The area is quiet, and not far from here is the Fénix shopping center.
The price is 3000 CZK per month with a refundable deposit of 6000 CZK. It is available immediately.
