This dream house was built in 1910, is not a listed building, but carries the character of a solid old building. The villa impresses with high-quality marble floors equipped with underfloor heating and fine oak parquet. All the windows, interior and exterior doors were individually custom made in 2010 in massive, historically appropriate, artisanal workmanship according to the strictest guidelines, stylistically matching the building, by a German joinery specializing in listed properties.

The house was completely gutted, renovated, and modernized in 2010. A water-carrying tunnel fireplace was installed in the reception hall, offering the possibility to be integrated with the existing heating system. All dormers and the entire roof covering were also completely renewed in 2010. The attic was additionally developed and insulated in 2020. It offers a beautiful view of the Russee in every season. All bathrooms, plumbing, and the entire electrical system were likewise renewed in 2010. In addition, the basement was excavated about 20 cm deeper to achieve a comfortable ceiling height, and the ceiling above, including the load-bearing iron trusses, was completely renewed as part of this measure. In the course of these construction works, a double garage and an outdoor seating area were created.

The courtyard and the completely secluded terrace with the small pool—which can also be used as a sandpit or flower bed—were newly constructed in 2010. The high-quality porphyry stones were selected directly at the quarry in Italy. In 2019, a covered terrace was added behind the second side wing for the storage of garden furniture. In the garden, there is another garden house serving as a garage for riding mowers and for storage space.
