We offer the apartment in 2 options for FIXED-TERM rental:

• A rental period of between 2 and 12 months is offered only partially furnished, with individual pieces of furniture (e.g., the bed) able to be removed or replaced upon agreement. In this case, the apartment is available for the flat rate of €1,700 per month (including electricity, internet/telephone, and cable connection).

• Alternatively, the apartment can be rented for a fixed term of at least 12 months and up to 3 years. Then the base rent is €1,250 plus an advance payment for operating costs of €140 and heating costs of €200, totaling €1,590 per month, with electricity, internet/telephone, and cable connection costs to be covered by the tenant.
