Several rooms in shared apartments of four and six people are now available for rent, either furnished or unfurnished.

The building is rented exclusively to students and apprentices – ideal for relaxed shared living among like-minded individuals.

APARTMENTS AND FURNISHINGS

A floor plan of one of the apartments is available as a photo. The rooms range in size from approximately 14 m² to 23 m², have been freshly painted, and some even offer direct access to a balcony.

Both unfurnished and furnished rooms are available. Furnished rooms come equipped with new IKEA furniture, including a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair, allowing for a hassle-free move-in.

Each apartment is fitted with a modern built-in kitchen.

The building is an early 20th-century old building (built in 1910) with high ceilings and large windows. It is not a new construction, but a house with typical old building character. The bathrooms are designed to be functional, with the toilet and shower located in separate rooms to ease the everyday living in a shared flat.

ALL-INCLUSIVE RENT

The shared apartment rooms are rented as all-inclusive rents starting at €449, with proportional use of the common areas. The all-inclusive rent covers all operating costs, heating, hot water, and electricity. WLAN access is provided at no extra cost.

All-inclusive rent means: there is no annual billing for additional costs – you will not receive any refunds, but you will also not have to make any additional payments.

No brokerage fee is charged.

The house is located between Osnabrück’s city center and the Westerberg Campus. Both destinations are within walking distance, and other higher education locations are also nearby – as is a vocational school.

Shopping options are located about 150 meters down the street (a combined stop with a bakery).

A well-connected bus stop is reachable on foot within 5 minutes.

An individual rental contract is signed for each bedroom.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.

We rent exclusively to students and apprentices; corresponding proof is required before the lease is signed.

A minimum rental period of 12 months is agreed upon.
