We are sub-leasing our partially furnished, bright apartment for the coming years (the rental period is open for discussion to suit your needs), starting in September.

The flat is extremely centrally located, with almost everything just a few hundred meters away on foot – bright and well cared for, offering three rooms in total over 71 square meters. It is on the third floor with no elevator. Two rooms are connected by a door, and given the neighbors, this flat might be especially suitable for a couple without children or pets.

Parking is available as "Anwohnerparken" (resident parking) on the surrounding streets; with the tenant pass, finding a parking spot typically takes between 0 and 2 minutes.

You would also need to pay for electricity (typically 30–40 Euro) and TV license fees (approximately 15 Euro per month) directly to the respective suppliers.

The flat is fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer, a complete kitchen (including a dishwasher), a TV, full bathroom fixtures, a bathtub, and some shelves and cupboards. You might still need to bring chairs, a table, and any other items you desire. The couch and bed are relatively old (although the mattresses are brand-new), so if you prefer new ones, you would need to provide them.

Within one minute’s walk: Edeka, Rewe, Penny, Bio-Supermarkt Tjadens; a farmers market (twice a week right at your doorstep); flower shops, St. Michael's Church; plenty of very tasty restaurants, small boutique shops, and cute cafés. Also nearby is the Planten un Blomen Flowerpark, plus many rental cars, scooters, several rental bike stations, and rental motorcycles.

Within 3–8 minutes’ walking distance you will reach: S-Bahn Stadthausbrücke (S1, S3) and U-Bahn Rödingsmarkt (U3); Jungfernstieg (U1, U2, U3, U4, S1, S3) and buses 36, 37, 112, 116; if that isn’t enough, you’ll always find a car-sharing vehicle (DriveNow, Miles, WeShare, etc.).

Within 8–15 minutes’ walking distance you will reach: S-Bahn Landungsbrücken (S1, S3), U-Bahn Baumwall, St. Pauli (U3), U-Bahn Gänsemarkt (U2) and dozens of different buses, car rental stations, etc.; the Elbe Promenade at Landungsbrücken leading to the Elbphilharmonie; Alster, Reeperbahn, St. Pauli, Sternschanze, Rathausmarkt (city hall), Mönckebergstraße, Heilig-Geist-Feld, Laeiszhalle, and many more.
