The heating is provided by district heating. No individual boiler in the apartment, no maintenance appointments, no evenings without hot water because the system is acting up, and no debates about what will happen with the heating in a few years.

Parking is available on the property, with a dedicated parking space for 35 euros per month. You won’t have to drive around the block three times in the evening.

The building was constructed in 1995 and is well maintained. There aren’t too many tenants, and the neighborhood is quiet. It isn’t an anonymous complex, but it’s also not a place where everyone knows everything about each other.

We rent directly, without an agent and without commission. It’s important to us that someone moves in who intends to stay long-term. Pets are allowed by arrangement; we aren’t fundamentally against them.

Everything for daily life is within walking distance: supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and doctors. Daycares and schools are also nearby.

And when you want to escape after work, you practically have forests and the Havelseen right on your doorstep. In the summer, you can be at the water in just fifteen minutes.
