This 50 m² apartment is located in the small village of Těšíkov, ensuring a peaceful environment close to nature. The apartment includes a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, sauna, hallway, and cellar.
It is housed in a hundred-year-old building where there is no central heating and life is lived the old-fashioned way. The premises are heated by wood-burning tiled stoves, and the wood needs to be chopped and loaded by yourself.
The water from the well is not potable, so you need to bring drinking water from a local spring located 500 meters from the house.
There is an expansive garden around the house where you have the opportunity to grow your own vegetables.
The apartment is an ideal choice for an individual or a couple who do not mind a bit of discomfort. Parking is available in front of the house. A bus does run to the village, but very infrequently, so having your own car is a big advantage.
In the second part of the building, there is another residential unit in which a family with small children lives. The hallway, cellar, sauna, and garden are shared.
