On request, the apartment can be furnished with great, tasteful, modern furniture (for an additional monthly fee). This way, you can move in immediately and avoid having to carry heavy furniture or disassemble/reassemble it. Would you prefer to bring your own favorite furniture? Then we will remove our furniture and arrange storage for you.

You can use our washing machines and dryers in the shared basement for a flat fee of €15 per month.

High-speed internet and digital TV are available for €15 per month.

Our additional costs truly constitute an "all-round carefree package," including water, heating, house cleaning, winter services, etc. – all fixed and predictable.

We are looking for long-term tenants for a cooperative and happy rental relationship, who are willing to commit for at least one year, preferably longer.
