We rent our spacious, sunny apartment for 6 months, from 01.10.2026 to 04.04.2027. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building with an elevator and is fully accessible without barriers. Thanks to its south/north orientation, the south-facing living/dining area is very bright and sunny. In winter, when the sun hangs lower in the sky, its light streams far into the apartment. The apartment is modern, family-friendly, and tastefully furnished with special attention to detail. Since it is our private residence, it has a very homely atmosphere—quite unlike some professionally managed holiday apartments. Of course, there are plenty of empty cupboards and sideboards, so you’ll have room for all your personal belongings.

The photos in this advertisement were taken by us in mid-August and show the current state of the apartment. Additional furnishing options, especially for the study and the second bedroom, can be discussed depending on your needs and requirements (for example, a children’s room, study, or yoga room).

The apartment is situated in a quiet, green residential street yet lies in the immediate vicinity of Prenzlauer Berg with all its bars, clubs, cinemas, and restaurants. Within walking distance you will find all necessary amenities, such as supermarkets, snack bars, doctors, pharmacies, schools, and kindergartens. The nearest U-Bahn station, U2-Vinetastraße, is about 600 meters away, offering a connection to Alexanderplatz in roughly 10 minutes and to Potsdamer Platz in about 20 minutes. The nearest S-Bahn station, Schönhauser Allee—with connections on the Ring S-Bahn—can be reached in a 15-minute walk.

The apartment boasts high-quality features throughout. All living areas are laid with oiled parquet flooring and, like the tiled bathrooms and kitchen, are equipped with underfloor heating. The predominately floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and can be darkened, if needed, with electrically operated external slat blinds or roller shutters. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, an induction stove, an oven, a steamer, and a dishwasher, and contains everything you need for cooking and baking. The apartment has two bathrooms: a daylight bathroom with a bathtub, a large washbasin, and a bidet; and a smaller interior shower room that also houses the washing machine. A dryer is available in the shared laundry room in the building.

A 100 Mbit internet connection is available for working or surfing, and all rooms are fitted with LAN sockets for reliable and secure data transmission.

The bedroom features a 160 cm wide double bed, a wardrobe (1 m wide that will be cleared out prior to move-in), and two sideboards for clothes and personal belongings. The long hallway includes a large wall closet (4 m wide) that stores bedding, bath towels, household utensils, and tools; the first two meters of the closet are empty and can be used for additional storage or as a wardrobe. The study is furnished with a desk and an office chair, and a monitor can be provided upon request. The second, larger room—usable as an additional bedroom or office—is equipped with another wardrobe (1.5 m wide) and can, for example, be fitted with a proper bed for a children’s room or extra bedroom. A fourth wardrobe (1.5 m wide) is located in the small hallway leading to the shower room.

There are bicycle parking spaces in the underground garage, and if required, a car parking space can be rented for an additional charge.
