On request, the apartment is available with tasteful, modern furnishings, as seen in the photos (for an additional fee of only €50 per month). This way, you can move in immediately without having to lug heavy furniture around or dismantle and reassemble it. Would you prefer to bring your own favorite furniture? Then we will dismantle our furniture again and store it for you.

Our washing machines and dryers in the shared basement can be used by you for a flat rate of €15 per month.

High-speed internet is available to you throughout the entire term for a monthly fee of €15.

For an additional €10 per month, you can also book a TV.

Our additional costs really form an “all-inclusive, worry-free package”, including water/heating/house cleaning/winter service etc. – all at a fixed, calculable rate. No nasty surprises on the utility bill!

We are looking for long-term tenants for a cooperative and happy rental relationship, who are willing to commit for at least one year, or even longer.

Our requirement is that we always have to check your creditworthiness (Schufa/Creditreform, etc.) before signing the contract. If you have any negative entries there, please inform us before viewings so that we can check in advance whether we are even allowed to rent this apartment to you.

For fire safety reasons, the storage room must not be used as a sleeping area or room but solely as a storage space.

The use of the kitchen is included in the cold rent.

The total rent, including utilities (for one person), kitchen, electricity, internet, furnishings, and washing machine usage, amounts to €910.00.

The minimum contract term is one year.
