The underground garage box No. 174 available for rent is located in the second side street to the left of the garage entrance. The garage complex was built around 1969, and consequently, the box is only sized to comfortably fit a mid-class car of that era. Only its door is correspondingly large and high; modern fences have been erected at the neighboring units, and at the front, there is a solid wall. As a result, according to experience, station wagons, vans, or SUVs—from the size of a BMW X1 onwards—tend to be too large for the box; please also note that there should be sufficient lateral space accounted for when exiting and emerging. The landlord will find it very difficult to offer assistance should a tenant’s car become wedged between the vehicle and the fence, even though the side fences are somewhat flexible and helpers might be called upon to pull it free. A passenger car on the scale of a more compact mid-class vehicle (e.g., a VW Golf or similar) is far more suitable. Every interested party is advised to test parking their car at their own risk prior to signing the rental contract. The garage has also been used for many years for housing a classic car.
