Our shared apartment spans two floors of a spacious house and offers you everything you could wish for in relaxed shared living:

6 rooms – bright, in various sizes (rent depends on the size)

2 modern bathrooms – ideal for a stress-free start to the day

Fully equipped kitchen – including stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator

Cozy living area – with a dining table for shared evenings

Snack area – for coffee, light meals, and spontaneous conversations

Loggia – filled with light, perfect for reading, working, or relaxing

Small garden/outdoor area – perfect for barbecuing, gardening, or chilling in the summer

Parking space – currently, one parking spot is available; however, the ideal mode of transportation is still the bicycle (there are 2 bicycle garages available right at the bike path)

The Community

We are looking for 2 more people – currently, an open mix of students and working professionals. On the first floor, a room has become available for working professionals, and in the attic, a room ideally suited for high school or university students.

The neighbors are already looking forward to welcoming young people and would love to see the house come alive again.

Rent & Costs

Base rent: depending on the room size, from €350

Flat-rate additional warm rent: €150 (including heating, hot water, electricity, and other incidental costs)

→ Total rent: €500 per month

Move-in & Viewing

Available for move-in immediately until currently November 2027
