We are looking for a tenant for our house with a large garden and pool in the heart of Frankfurt-Harheim. It is a quiet rear house and features a spacious approximately 125 m² on the upper floor with a covered southeast terrace that has an open fireplace. There is a bathroom and a separate WC. A fitted kitchen with branded appliances is available. On the ground floor, there is a large (guest) room of about 30 m² with direct access to the south terrace and the garden. Here, a small pantry kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher is installed.

On the ground floor there is also a laundry room with a shower, two utility rooms (for a cloakroom/office/storage), an additional WC, a garden workshop (which also houses the heating system and pool filtration system), as well as a garage with a workshop and plenty of storage space for bicycles, etc. In the courtyard, two more cars can be parked.

The house is within walking distance to the Eschbach and Nidda rivers and is well accessible in every direction by bike, car, or public transportation. There is public transit connectivity via Bus 25 to the S6 (Berkersheim) or Bus 28 to the U2/9 (Kalbach/Riedberg). It only takes about 20 minutes to reach the main station thanks to the regular intervals provided by the bus and S6.

The property is handed over unrenovated, so the tenant can design it to their liking and does not need to renovate when moving out.

The advance payment for additional costs covers everything except electricity, heating/hot water, and network/TV. There is currently still some residual heating oil (approx. 500–1,000 L). New heating oil will be at the tenant's expense, as no measurement is possible on the system. Electricity is also extra – a separate meter is available. A cable connection is provided; however, the contract must be concluded by the tenant themselves.

It is important to us that the garden is cared for lovingly and maintained with care (a lawn mower and many other necessary devices are available). There are raised garden beds and a playhouse with a slide. In addition, we have a sour cherry tree, an apple tree, raspberries, and more, as well as various herbs. And our beloved old roses and a grapevine on the garden house wall bear fruit.

If the pool is to be used, an additional agreement regarding its maintenance and water consumption will be arranged (there is a garden water meter, so no wastewater fees are charged for the pool and garden water. Maintenance and upkeep are the tenant’s responsibility).
