The dining room is equipped with a dining table (120 cm, extendable to 180 cm) with 4 chairs. From the kitchen, you can directly access a spacious sun terrace with a view of the greenery. A fitted kitchen including electrical appliances is at your disposal. The entire apartment features underfloor heating and parquet floors (with the exception of the bathroom and kitchen). Additionally, a washing machine is available in the basement.

The two residents are employed. Each has their own private retreat and respects the boundaries of the other. Although everyone leads their own life, there are also pleasant moments of togetherness: shared evenings, games, cooking, or movie nights create a sense of belonging. However, there is no obligation to always participate.
