The 2-room unit can be occupied by one or up to two people and is ideal for two friends or a young couple. Please note that one of the two rooms is a passage room.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub; the toilet is located separately. A roomy hallway adds extra comfort.

We are looking for one or two friendly non-smokers who will fit well into the existing shared living environment.

You can wash and dry your laundry in the facility (laundry room with professional coin-operated machines). Contract details:

Minimum rental period is one year; no termination on December 31 of any year.

Graduated rental agreement: 3% annual increase on the cold rent.

No subletting of the room, no pets, and non-smoking room only;

Occupancy: Maximum 2 people.

Kitchen: Provided by the landlord (included in the rental price).
