I took over the multi-family house with a total of twelve rental apartments on April 1, 2024. From the outside, the building still looks like a typical DDR-era structure—not very attractive. However, I am gradually renovating and refurbishing the house fundamentally. It’s not all at once, but step by step.

The apartment offered for rent is in a freshly renovated condition. The bathroom was completely refurbished only in 2024. New flooring was installed in the 2nd floor rooms in 2024 and again in 2026. The entire apartment has also just been freshly painted, and a fitted kitchen has been installed.

Upon entering the apartment, you immediately find a separate entrance to the attic on the left, which opens into a very spacious, bright sleeping area offering additional usage possibilities (e.g., a work nook, a closet area). The space is divided into three sections.

On the 2nd floor, directly behind the entrance, is the other bedroom. Through the door at the back right of the hallway, you can access the equally spacious living room, in which the kitchen is semi-openly separated. A fitted kitchen—including a stove, oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, and sink—is provided as part of the rental. The kitchen also has enough space to accommodate your own refrigerator, washing machine, and if necessary, a dryer.

Adjacent to the living room is a generous terrace.

The large bathroom branches off at the very end of the hallway. It features high-quality sanitary fixtures, towel radiators, designer taps, a built-in LED mirror, and ceiling lights.
