The additional costs are €120/month. The minimum rental period is 4 years. Prompt contact will be made after the submitted self-disclosure form (including, among other things, a copy of your ID card, a certificate of rent debt clearance, income proofs of the last 3 months, and a SCHUFA report). The apartment is not barrier-free.

The layout is well suited for a household of two to six people. Rent adjustments are linked to the cost of living index and are therefore limited. The move-in date can be arranged flexibly. As a guideline: The warm rent should not exceed 30% of your net income.

One final note: We receive many inquiries every day. Almost no interested party takes the time to provide us with the necessary documents in advance. In previous rentals of other properties, we have often experienced that the first applicant with complete documents immediately arranged a viewing appointment, which then led to the contract signing. Even a (private) landlord invests time in viewings. It becomes particularly problematic for both sides at the end of a viewing when the interested party is not financially capable of covering the rent, or when the expectations of tenant and landlord do not align.
