• Essential technical preparatory work

To be completed by the future tenant:

• Final installation of heating, sanitary systems, and electrical work

For the agreed-upon finishing work, the tenant will be provided with a material budget of up to 10,000 euros after prior consultation. The purchases and work will be agreed upon in advance.

In addition, the tenant will receive a fixed rental discount of 150 euros per month for their self-performed work over a period of five years.

Rental conditions:

• Regular base rent after completion: 800 euros per month

• Rental discount for self-performed work: 150 euros per month

• Actual base rent for five years: 650 euros per month

• Additional costs: 180 euros per month

• Total monthly payment: 830 euros

• Tentatively available from October 1, 2026

In the event of a later sale of the apartment, the tenant will have the first opportunity to submit a purchase offer.

The search is not for a prospective tenant for an apartment that is already ready for occupancy, but rather for a reliable tenant with practical skills who enjoys taking part in shaping their future home.
