The group consists of four plots registered in the land register as “other area” – comprising a total of 10,623 m² – and one smaller forest plot with an area of 33 m².
The advantage of the plots is their good transport accessibility and access from a nearby first-class road.
According to the current land-use plan, the plots are predominantly located in the ZK area – designated as landscaped greenery, or in the LU area – designated as general forest areas. The territory is part of a larger protected area.
