For this great apartment, we are looking for a pleasant group or individuals interested in founding a new 5-person shared apartment!

The apartment is rented under a single joint lease for all 5 main tenants. That means you largely manage the flat-share independently, sharing the total rent among yourselves while using the entire apartment together.

Rent

Since this is a joint lease, the rent is for the entire apartment. You can internally decide on the division of costs for the individual rooms based on their size.
