This two-family house with a flat roof consists of two nearly equal-sized apartments. It was originally used for multi-generational living under one roof. Later, the ground floor served as a senior-friendly apartment while the upper floor was rented out. Getting to Darmstadt city center is very convenient by tram or by bike. By car, there is good access to the A5 and A661.
