It has been completely renovated and, thanks to the many storage options and its smart layout, offers surprisingly plenty of space. The rent is all-inclusive, covering internet and electricity. The communal area is approximately 38 m², and a 14 m² room will be available from September 1st.

Our flatshare isn’t meant to be purely functional; a friendly, open atmosphere is very important to us. It would be great if we could occasionally cook together or do something as a group – but of course, everyone also gets their personal time! Here’s a little about us:

• Selsebil – She is a doctor who studied medicine. Open, friendly, and reliable, she can often be found in a café or reading during her free time. She enjoys good conversations and spending quality time with friends.

• Patricia – She works for a company in Düsseldorf. Having moved here in November when she was new to the city, she enjoys reading and sometimes going for a run. Friendly and reliable, she’s always happy to chat in the kitchen.

• Flora – Recently relocated from Vienna to Düsseldorf, she works in the art trade. She loves going to the cinema and hiking, and is keen to explore the city more—ideally together with flatmates.

We love cooking, eating, and chatting together when it suits everyone, and we always respect the need for quiet personal time.

The beautiful historic apartment building in the center of Düsseldorf-Eller has been meticulously renovated, furnished, and equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. You’ll also have access to a washing machine and a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with new cutlery, utensils, and pots. A special highlight is the balcony, where you can unwind with your morning coffee or an evening beer.

Minimum rental period: 6 months

Location

The location in Düsseldorf-Eller is ideal. Directly across the street you’ll find a Netto supermarket, a Rossmann drugstore, a pub, two bakeries, several restaurants, and additional discount stores for your everyday needs. There’s also a Rewe nearby and a weekly market just around the corner.

Public transport is excellent. The Eller Mitte S-Bahn station is at most a 2-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn gets you to the main station in only 10 minutes. The Old Town (Heinrich-Heine-Allee) is just 14 minutes away, and the nearest U-Bahn station is only a 4-minute walk away.

And here’s one more highlight for drivers: yes, there are easily accessible parking spaces right in the heart of Düsseldorf at the large Gumbertstraße car park!
