Living

This is a first occupancy after a complete renovation and new furnishing. The apartment is currently undergoing a fresh renovation and will be equipped to a high standard. The listed photos show sample shots from another apartment in the same building. The kitchen and bathroom correspond to the actual apartment, though there may be minor variations in the furniture in the newly furnished unit.

Each room is bright, lockable, and spacious. The furnishings include a large bed (160 × 200 cm) with a high-quality, extra-thick mattress, duvet, pillows, and a mattress protector. Additionally, each room features a wardrobe with a mirror, a desk with a lamp, a wall-mounted board, a TV on a stand, curtains, a door hook, a laundry basket, towels, and a modern green carpet.

Location – Frankfurt-Dornbusch

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a quiet and well-maintained building in the popular district of Dornbusch – one of Frankfurt’s most sought-after residential areas. Urban, green, and extremely well-connected.

The Hügelstraße U-Bahn station (U1, U2, U3, U8) is right at the door. Other stations such as Dornbusch and Fritz-Tarnow-Straße are within walking distance. From here you can quickly reach Hauptwache, Goethe University, Südbahnhof, or the city center. Several bus lines complement the perfect connection.

By car, you can reach the A66 and A5 within a few minutes, as well as the city center via Eschersheimer Landstraße.

Other Details & Conditions

Shared Living

The apartment is designed as a 4-person shared flat; currently, four rooms are available.

We are looking for open, respectful individuals who value order, consideration, and a pleasant living environment.

The shared areas include a fully equipped built-in kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and extractor hood as well as a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, and complete kitchen utensils. Additionally, there is a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, drying rack, coat rack, and a shoe cabinet available.
