The small, friendly, and well-maintained residential complex, built in 1994, consists of 21 apartments in three entrances. The tenant structure is predominantly made up of families – both owners and renters – who greatly appreciate this location due to its quiet, green, and sheltered residential setting (traffic-calmed zone).
Schöneiche, located in the “Berlin Speckbelt” within the Berlin orbital motorway, is in high demand thanks to its proximity to the metropolis, excellent infrastructure, and its green, forest- and water-adjacent location. The apartment building is situated in the “Blumenviertel”, a popular residential area built in the late 1990s in Schöneiche, which is idyllically located right by the forest and not far from Rahnsdorf and Hessenwinkel. Supermarkets for daily necessities, primary schools, several kindergartens, and doctors are within a short walking distance. The bus stop and tram are only a 10-minute walk away. With tram line 87, you can quickly reach the Rahnsdorf S-Bahn station; the S3 line that runs here takes you directly into Berlin’s city center. From Erkner (a 10-minute drive), there is regional train service to Berlin every half hour. The motorway ramp Rüdersdorf/Schöneiche onto the A10 – Berliner Ring is approximately a 5-minute drive away. It is just a 10-minute drive to the recreational area Müggelsee / Neu-Venedig. The houses are located right at the Berlin City Forest, which invites you to jog, cycle, or take a relaxing walk.
Voluntary Furniture Takeover from the Previous Tenant
Currently, the apartment is still occupied. The current tenant only recently moved in and has newly equipped it (including a fitted kitchen, bed, and other pieces of furniture in very good condition).
Since the previous tenant is moving out on short notice, he is offering the new tenant the opportunity to take over these nearly new furnishings for a fair price.
Important notes regarding transparency:
Completely voluntary: The takeover of the furniture is not a condition for the conclusion of the rental contract.
Not the landlord’s responsibility: The sale of the furnishings is purely a private matter conducted directly between the previous tenant and the new tenant. The landlord is neither a contracting party nor a mediator in this agreement.
Procedure: You can find the list with the current tenant’s personal notes under “Documents.” If you are interested, I will gladly provide you with the complete inventory list, including the price expectations. The items can be inspected during the apartment viewing; if desired, direct contact with the previous tenant will be arranged.
